NSP Avocats is a Franco-Bulgarian boutique law firm based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with an additional professional address in Paris, France. The firm focuses on cross-border legal matters and assists mainly French-speaking and international clients.

Our main areas of practice include corporate and business law, financial and banking law, and the representation of victims of online financial fraud. We regularly assist foreign entrepreneurs and individuals in matters such as company formation, international contracts, and cross-border disputes.

Due to the nature of our clientele, French is the main working language of the firm. We therefore welcome law students from France or other European countries with an excellent command of French.

Interns will have the opportunity to participate in legal research, drafting legal documents and assisting lawyers in international cases, gaining practical experience in a cross-border legal environment.
