The trainees will be able to receive an insight into all fields of practice
of LEXR. We offer the possibility to gain an insight into the German and Swiss tech
start-up scene and its legal challenges, be it in connection with financing
rounds, commercial transactions, regulatory topics such as data protection or the development of intellectual property strategies. Depending on their individual qualifications and
preferences, trainee(s) will be responsible for drafting contracts and
other legal documents, join client meetings or other specialized legal work. For candidates with particular interests and experience in tech or business/marketing, we also offer hybrid roles, offering insights into both our legal team and either the tech or business development department of LEXR.
