Proven level of confident proficiency in reading and writing in Italian and English; interest in expanding an already robust background knowledge of corporate / commercial law - ideally having done a university dissertation on a corporate or commercial topic; curious; enthusiastic; transparent; attention to detail.
Support of senior lawyers during client meetings; preparation of first draft legal documents (client correspondence, letters, contracts and alike).
