DESCRIPTION OF THE STEP TRAINEESHIP PROVIDER

The LIT Law Lab explores many facets of digital transformation - including legal aspects and the future of digitization. Technological advances in the area of digitization have the potential to not only make profound changes to our economy, but to society as a whole and, along with that, our legal system. For some years now, JKU researchers active in the fields public law, private law, tax law, labor law, IP law and anti-discrimination law have been focussing on options pertaining to the legal direction and the legal issues, particularly when it comes to the future of digital transformation. In this regard, the Law Lab is involved in both educational activities and projects addressing individual contemporary and future-oriented issues through an interdisciplinary approach.
