Law firm
Trainees will assist in various IP, Corporate, and General Legal matters
based on their interests, abilities, and workflow availability. They’ll
contribute to projects in one or both of our key departments.
Intellectual Property Department Tasks:
• Assist in prosecuting cases at the Intellectual Property Office.
• Support infringement matters, including gathering and analysing
evidence;
• Help develop litigation strategies and draft transactional agreements
for trademark matters;
• Provide support to the IP team, focusing on trademarks, and assist
with legal procedures at public entities and notary offices for
legalisations;
• Draft responses to office actions and supporting documentation
Corporate and General Legal Practice Department Tasks:
• Assist in cross-border corporate transactions and international legal
matters;
• Collaborate with attorneys on high-stakes commercial litigation;
• Review contracts and corporate documentation;
• Support corporate and litigation cases, including debt collections;
• Assist with legal procedures at public entities and provide general firm
support

Additional Requirements for the Trainee(s):
• Currently enrolled in a law degree programme or recently graduated
(ideally focusing on intellectual property or corporate law);
• Strong interest in trademarks, infringements, and corporate law
matters;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package and Google One
