TRAINEESHIP TASKS

The trainee is expected to have an academic level equivalent to a law degree, along with basic computer skills from a user’s perspective and proficiency in relevant languages. The trainee’s duties will include monitoring both judicial and extra-judicial proceedings, with the opportunity to become familiar with the timing and different phases of legal processes. Throughout the traineeship, the trainee will remain continuously up to date on legislation, legal doctrine, and jurisprudence, studying these in depth as they apply to specific cases. In addition, the trainee will gain practical experience with the computer platforms used in legal practice, such as CITIUS and inventory systems, as well as their ongoing procedural updates. All tasks will be carried out as part of a legal team, under the supervision and guidance of a qualified lawyer.
