As a trainee, you will actively contribute to the firm's legal work, while gaining practical experience in an international business law environment. Your main responsibilities will include: Conduct research on various areas of law (corporate, commercial, employment, IP, real estate etc.) and prepare concise summaries or memoranda to support ongoing cases or client projects; Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, corporate resolutions, client notes, and due diligence reports under the supervision of senior lawyers; Monitoring Legal Developments.
