TRAINEESHIP TASKS

-Conducting comparative legal research between Turkish law and the trainees home jurisdiction in areas such as family law, trademark law, corporate law, etc. and preparing internal presentations and analytical reports based on these studies.
-Assisting in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, corporate documentation and shareholder agreements, including bilingual legal documents where applicable.
-Supporting share transfer capital increase investment and due diligence processes.
-Assisting in GDPR/PDPL compliance projects and the preparation of internal policies and memoranda.
-Conducting legal research on corporate commercial, intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory matter, including monitoring, legislative developments, and preparing internal legal briefings.
-Assisting in drafting pleadings and analysing court files, including expert reports, and observing court hearings for applicable.
-Participating in client meetings and internal legal strategy, discussions and receiving structured assignments with regular feedback throughout the traineeship.
