DESCRIPTION OF THE STEP TRAINEESHIP PROVIDER

The Ernst Hirsch Center for Research of the Foundations of Law (EHAM) was officially established in 2013 at Akdeniz University to honor the legacy of Prof. Dr. Ernst Hirsch, a pioneering figure in Turkish legal history. The Center serves as a prominent hub for interdisciplinary and empirical legal studies, focusing on the philosophy, sociology, and history of law, as well as general legal theory. Beyond its academic research, EHAM bridges the gap between theoretical foundations and positive law—including Constitutional, International, and EU Law—through national and international projects, certificate programs, and scientific symposiums. In addition to its scholarly activities, the Center is deeply committed to practical legal education and social impact, hosting 'Street Law' style legal clinic applications and various social responsibility projects. EHAM also fosters student engagement through its dedicated legal bulletin, providing a platform for aspiring jurists to contribute to legal discourse., The Center aims to foster a deep intellectual culture, contributing significantly to the legal landscape both in Turkey and on an international scale.
