TRAINEESHIP TASKS

● Review and proofreading of existing templates and draft documents in German for possible errors and, if possible, legal correctness (Powers of Attorney, AGM minutes, contracts, etc.)
● Creating template documents in German / English
● Proofreading and review – client work and for marketing purposes, with respect to court decisions and interpretation of law
● Cooperation with the team members of various seniority when preparing documents, email and in person/online communication with the clients
● Presentation of differences in legal system and different approach of client to potential issues being tackled
