We are an independent law firm based in Prague with currently 3
partners, 25 lawyers and a total of 30 team members. Whilst we are a
full service business law firm, we put a special focus on M&A and
corporate, real estate and construction, data security law, arbitration,
commercial law, compliance, some aspects of intellectual property and
employment law. We are co-founders of the Czech association for the
development of trusts and of the ICC Czech Republic.
