Small law firm located in the center of Brno. The agenda of my office mainly consists of:
- Health law and patients' rights
- Human rights and protection of personality
- Unlawful interference by the state, authorities, and police (state liability, administrative justice)
- Constitutional complaints, complaints to the European Court of Human Rights
As a lawyer and in my private life, I promote the freedom and responsibility of each individual for himself and his family, less state interference in human lives, and respect for the individuality of each individual.
