TYPE OF THE STEP TRAINEESHIP PROVIDER

TRAINEESHIP TASKS

Responsibilities include assisting attorneys in various Intellectual Property, Corporate, and civil litigation/arbitration matters, depending on the intern's interests, capabilities, and workflow availability.
Trainees assigned to the IP Department may encounter tasks including:
Filing review.
Prosecuting matters at the Intellectual Property Office.
Proposing litigation strategies.
Preparing transactional agreements.
Assisting the IP Team.
Trainees assigned to the Corporate Department may be immersed in contract review, corporate and litigation matters, providing general assistance in and out of the Firm at public entities.
