The HOME Project provides a holistic network of child protection services to hundreds of unaccompanied children whose families and lives have been wrecked by war and persecution.
Our pioneering model, implemented through Individual Development Plans, -which incorporate mental health support, education, and legal assistance, as well as the development of crucial life skills to enable socialization and smooth integration-, ensures that every child under our care can develop into an independent adult and a socially conscious citizen.
