TRAINEESHIP TASKS

- The trainee will primarily support the team in preparing legal opinions (where possible);
- Concerning the posting of workers abroad, assisting in the management of all aspects related to international mobility and social security, including within the framework of non-EU agreements;
- The trainee will also carry out research and draft legal articles intended for publication on international and European regulations and case law;
- Where possible, the trainee will assist other teams in the preparation of opinions on international taxation matters (e.g., permanent establishment risk);
- The trainee will participate in video calls with international clients, contributing to communication and the operational management of cases.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The firm is seeking trainees who are fluent in English; knowledge of German or Spanish is considered an appreciated additional asset. Basic knowledge of Italian is also welcomed.
Candidates should demonstrate a team-oriented mindset, proactivity, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, ShareFile, etc.), which are the main tools used in the firm.
Additionally, candidates with skills in the use of artificial intelligence and/or knowledge of one or more of the following tools -Django, Vue.js, Python, JavaScript (Vue.js)- will be positively valued.
All the above requirements are optional but will be considered a plus.
