Our origins date back to 1989 -we are one of the first firms of this kind in Poland, where a new generation draws on the experience of the founders while boldly taking on new challenges. We are driven by a dynamic approach to our work, while also maintaining a deep respect for family traditions -we have been operating in the legal services market for over 30 years.

The founders of the firm are Grażyna Kalinowska-Jarzyńska and Dr. Marek Jarzyński. In recent years, their sons - Jan Jarzyński and Piotr Jarzyński - have also joined the group of partners managing the company.

The very name “Law Firm” (“Kancelaria Prawna”) was an original idea of the partners. Until it was formally incorporated in 1997 into the Act of 6 July 1982 on Legal Advisers, it had been commonly used by legal service providers.

In order to achieve the desired results, we base our work on experience and industry knowledge, while taking into account our clients’ goals and individual preferences. We focus on matters where we can deliver real value, solve tangible problems, and provide meaningful assistance.
