- Assists in the preparation, review, and amendment of various commercial contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, and supplier contracts.
- Conducts legal research on regulations that may impact the company’s activities and prepares reports and summaries.
- Supports the team in monitoring internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Actively participates in the filing and organization of legal documents, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval.
- Assists in gathering necessary information and supporting cross-departmental project coordination.
