TYPE OF THE STEP TRAINEESHIP PROVIDER

TRAINEESHIP TASKS

- The trainee will be actively involved in the day-to-day work of the firm and will gain hands-on experience and dynamic the environment. The trainees responsibilities will include conducting in depth legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts preparing legal memoranda and assisting in the preparation of case files.
- The trainee will also have the opportunity to observe, and where appropriate participate in online meetings and internal discussions, gaining practical insight into legal advisory and dispute resolution processes. Particular exposure will be provided in the areas of commercial and corporate law, contract law, real estate law and administrative law.
-The traineeship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of legal practice in Turkiye especially in matters involving international elements

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

-Excellent command of English, including strong familiarity with legal terminology.
-Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills
-Attention to detail and ability to work on complex legal matters.
-Proactive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to take responsibility
-Interest in commercial, corporate and international legal practice.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
-The working schedule is five days per week nine hours per day, including a one hour lunch break. Trainees will be provided with a professional and collaborative working environment.
-At the end of the traineeship the trainee will receive a certificate of participation. Additionally, trainees who demonstrate strong performance and professionalism may be provided with a letter of recommendation.
