TRAINEESHIP TASKS

The trainee will take part in every-day business. They will be assigned to
- examine drafts of contracts and forms under supervision of our lawyers.
- to deal with compensation claims by going into the merits of the case: Studying the according file.
Proceeding necessary research and finding solutions to the case under supervision.

They will accompany our lawyers to internal and external appointments and court hearings.

Dependant upon the availability of adequate cases during the traineeship the trainee will be asked to give assistance in the enforcement of judgements against debitors of MLP in the trainee’s home country.
