We provide community outreach support and support women dealing with criminal proceedings. We provide family support, deliver training to professionals, we work with young people to raise awareness. We offer advice for employers and work in tandem with other organisations such as LGBT, St Basils etc.

Trainees will assist in our helpline and drop-in services, focused on aiding women affected by domestic abuse and violence at the prevention level. They will undertake 6 sessions of specialised training led by the volunteer coordinator to prepare them for their role. Following this, they will shadow staff mentors for two weeks to observe practical application of the training. Trainees will then independently handle calls, under mentor supervision, offering emotional support, signposting to specialist services, safety planning, and general housing advice. This traineeship aims to provide students with frontline service experience, fostering a deeper understanding of domestic abuse's impact and available support.
